At LATIN LUXE CREATION LLC , we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our custom apparel. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our updated return policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
- 7-Day Return Window :
You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns/exchanges requested after this period cannot be accepted.
- Restocking Fee :
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns (excluding exchanges due to defects or errors on our part). This fee helps cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.
- Conditions for Approval :
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no stains/damage).
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee (if applicable).
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are free of charge if the issue is due to a defect, misprint, or shipping error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is caused by an error on our end.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item(s) back.

- Final Sale Items : Custom/personalized orders (e.g., names, unique designs) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Damaged/Defective Items : Report issues within 48 hours of delivery for priority resolution.
